Company details, terms of use, privacy notice and compliance policy.
Nature of the service. TJFI acts as an introducing party between buyers and sellers of physical commodities. It does not act as principal, does not buy or sell, does not hold title to goods, does not take delivery, does not hold client funds and does not operate escrow.
No offer. Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to treat or a solicitation to buy or sell any commodity, security or financial instrument. No content constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
No warranty on counterparties. Verification is carried out in good faith on the documents and confirmations available at the time. It reduces risk, it does not remove it. Each party remains responsible for its own due diligence and for the contract it signs.
Contracts between parties. Any sale is concluded directly between buyer and seller. TJFI is not a party to that contract and assumes no liability for performance, quality, quantity, delay, payment or non-payment.
Intellectual property. The content of this site, including its texts, structure and graphic elements, belongs to TJFI S.à r.l. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Governing law. This site and its use are governed by the law of Luxembourg, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
Sanctions. We screen counterparties against the sanctions lists applicable to us and to the transaction, including those of the European Union and the United Nations, and, where the transaction has a US nexus, OFAC. We do not facilitate any transaction involving a designated person, entity or vessel, or a prohibited destination.
Origin of goods and funds. We ask for the origin of the goods and the identity of the paying party. An enquiry that cannot document either is declined.
Anti-bribery. We neither offer nor accept any payment intended to obtain an improper advantage, and we do not pay undisclosed commissions to employees of a counterparty.
Reporting a concern. Anything you wish to raise about our conduct can be sent to contact@tjfi.eu. It is read by Thibault Jabbour.
